will monitor at +2 and go from there.
she is riding much lower now.

need help on another issue - I think she is constipated. she just tried to stool and meowed - made the moves to poop and no poop - this isn't the first time. Occasionally she gets hard stool and runs around then rubs her bottom on the rug, cuz she can't get it all out. keeps trying to stool today without success -- x 2 so far.

I just went through this and the advice I got was a small amount of canned pure pumpkin. Or Miralax, but I opted for the pumpkin to start.
 
Miralax or canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling -- the filling contains sugar) are good options. If you're not already adding water to Phoebe's food, please do so. One of the primary causes for constipation is dehydration. Since it looks like you're feeding your kitty freeze dried rabbit, you may need to be sure she's getting enough water.
 
I’ve used pumpkin and miralax in the past too. There used to be a good site for this but the owner sadly passed away and now when I try and click on it I get a warning so maybe her family has not kept it up.

I do the freeze-dried - and have water everywhere. Plus the rest of her food is wet food and I add warm water to all the kitties wet food.

I use 2 pinches of psyllium husk 2 times a day as maintenance.
I’ve also used egg yolk powder as maintenance (1/4 tsp 2x a day).
Hope Phoebe feels better soon 😻
