I was going to give Jude an increase today, but he was a bit lower at his AMPS than I felt comfortable with, knowing that I wouldn't be able to monitor today, so I've decided to wait. We'll see what he decides to do with this dose at his PMPS.

15%; I gave it at +1, but it was a small amount--only a tsp. He has been eating his regular LC since I fed him, so I knew that would give him a teensy bump, but I wanted to give him a little more oomph. He's 83 @ +2.

Since he didn't get a food bump at +1, it was OK to feed a little carbs at +1 to give him a boost for onset. Maybe try a little lower carbs next time?

Can you get a +3 or +4? See where he lands 2 hours after the carbs from +1 wear off?

I can understand your fear that he might drop too low. You could start by going easier on the carbs in cycles that you can monitor.
