If it were me, I would probably increase. But you might want to hear that from one of the more experienced members. If you add "Dose?" in your thread header some of the more experienced members will be drawn to your post quicker. Either way keep up the great work and good luck with the decision

@Wendy&Neko could you possibly advise me on if you think I should do a quarter or half unit increase tonight?

Once we get to 6u, we start increasing the dose by 0.5u so I’d take him up to 7.75u bid. I read what Wendy said yesterday about a lower increase, like 0.25u, if you saw green but it was one number and he bounced right back up. Just be sure you can monitor and have supplies.
At some point, you might want to consider having him tested for IAA and acromegaly. I’m going to tag @Wendy&Neko so she can tell you if it’s too soon to test him for,those high dose conditions. While the dose is high enough, I “believe” if you test too soon, you could potentially get false results.

I do agree with Marje, try the 0.5 units. If you had been regularly getting green nadirs, then maybe a smaller tweak.
