Rough night to say the least. Of course I was very happy to see Binx alert and active, but he would not stop walking around and if left alone, hitting his cone into chair legs and walls. I ended up moving all my dining chairs into storage to remove obstructions. I was afraid to leave him alone without watching, so I tried sleeping in the spare room with just him but he kept pawing at the door, which meant his cone kept hitting the door. I gave him some gaba to see if that would help calm him down, but not too much luck. Eventually I had to let him out of the room and he started settling down. Maybe got 3 hours of sleep

This morning, he definitely looked like he was in pain, so I had my first attempt at giving liquid bupe. I don't think I was very successful, he might've ingested most of it. He looks a bit better now, but his pupils aren't really dilated. If anyone has any advice on how to administer, please let me know! I'm aiming for his right side, which had very few extractions, but his mouth is so swollen today it's making me nervous to even go near it with anything.
Luckily, he's still eating and less loopy today (probably from the lack of bupe). He peed multiple times and even had a poop last night. His purs are funny too, a little louder than normal. I gave him 3.50 units this morning, not quite his full dose, which was probably overly cautious. Will probably go up to 4.00 units tonight, depending on how today goes.
Thanks again to everyone that stopped by my post yesterday, I know the thread got very long. Binx and I are lucky to have this community!
Safe surfing and a calm Saturday I hope
