Curve scheduled for tomorrow for Tiger. I'm not sure I should bother with taking his BG as he will definately be increasing to 7.5u given how the last week has gone AND I just learned I have to go out of town tomorrow morning for 6 days. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to take him with me. He has never been in a car this long (3 hours) and we will be going to a spot he's never been. I have been unable to secure consistent help covering his insulin shots for the timeframe I'll be out of town. Any advice that might be helpful for the trip and upon arrival/during our stay (I have a 'cat-in-a-bag' for travel. Keep him a one room only during the time we're there? We will be in a small house.) I hope it doesn't stress him out too bad. I have tried to get him in early to the IM vet but to no avail. I've been trying to explore all week with my local vet the option to get him tested for acromegaly and IAAA to be as prepared as possible for the IM vet appt. on June 9th.
