Happy self-care Sunday! I was going to increase back to 2.75 this morning but decided to hold the fat 2.5 with his lower than normal AMPS.

I'm finding his dose lately has been short lived. He starts creeping back up at +5/+6

Hm. I wonder if he's hitting some lower numbers later in the PM cycle that might be causing small bounces the next day? He was pretty low at today's AMPS; I wonder where he was at +9/+10. He tends to see lower numbers at night, as most of them do.
