5/6 - Improvements

• Added prefixes, including a new “Dose?” prefix, intended for those with dosing questions or whether or not to shoot. I figure the traditional “?” prefix can be for general questions.
• Removed “Suggested Threads”.
• Removed “Has this thread been posted before” suggestion for insulin groups.
• Updated Moderator title banner color.
• Increased thread length to 50 per page.

Any other thoughts or suggestions are welcome!
