Happy self-care Sunday!

Ol' Petey did not heed to the threats made yesterday so he earned himself an increase.

It was interesting he started sliding down all night, went to bed and got up at midnight to test and he had spiked, yet he's back down this morning... so I think part of his higher numbers are stress related, it's pretty windy here so lots of unfamiliar noises and the loons do their thing in the wee hours.

Have a great day! ✌️❤️🐈🐈‍⬛

Good luck on the increase! I see he's already getting some action on 2.5. Have a good, safe surf, Petey! Enjoy your time at the lake, Laurie--I hope the weather is nice and warm and dry for you.

You could take the reduction tonight. Another thing to think about is whether you consider if he's a cat that holds reductions well. If not, there is an alternate for of earning reductions,. If using a human meter, that's 3 times on 3 separate days between 40 and 49. Or once under 40. Unfortunately we don't have at AT equivalent for those values.

Another point to consider, is this could be a bounce breaking cycle, which means extra downward momentum. Often dose reductions earned on bounce breaking cycles don't hold well. I'm glad he popped up pretty easily with just MC.

But, you have to decide what works best for you and Petey, and your ability to monitor.

Thank you, I remember you saying that now. I'm going to hold the increase until he hits 2 more days of limes or hopefully shows more consistent greens. I can monitor and keep him safe.

Maybe we just have to push back on the liver just a wee bit. 🤞🤞

Good job coming back down, Petey! I'm trying the more aggressive approach with Bell here too. She was being so stubborn with her long bounces, she now really has to earn it :p
