I think Jude is doing well on this dose. It's also possible that the FIC flare he was having has calmed, and that's lowering his numbers too. I'm learning that FIC has flares which can then calm down, but they are painful while he's in them, so I need to get some pain reliever and a relaxant for that, which I'm working on (vet has ordered them).
