Well last night's cycle Butch surfed yellow and blue with a yellow AMPS.

Today he continued to bounce with dreadful pinks and reds, +6 HI reading on the Libre. He'll be getting his insulin in about another hour, and I am sure his PMPS will continue to read HI :( I hope he slides down gently tonight.

Remember what Wendy says, he's not staying in those pinks and reds; he is coming down to the blues (yesterday was mostly all blues) and yellows, and that's what matters. Wishing you and Butch a soft landing into some good numbers tonight.

Thank you so much, Staci. Butch surf low and steady today.
I replaced the sensor yesterday and went to activate it today, but I messed up. I never removed the Libre 2 app from Butch's phone and scanned the Libre 3 sensor with the 2 app, so the sensor won't scan to activate when I tried to scan it again with the Libre 3 app. I am so upset. Not sure if these LOs are accurate and I always get nervous shooting especially at night on a Saturday. Hoping a friend can test with the handheld before shooting.
I won't be able to replace the sensor till tomorrow night ant that's when the sensor ends. I was trying to avoid doing it last minute. 🙏❤️‍🩹😻

Oh I’m sorry for the extra problem, Madeline! I’ve never had that happen so not familiar with, but it makes sense 😫
I hope you can get someone to replace the sensor in time. I know you’re so good about being on top of it!
But mistakes happen. I’ve had plenty, too.
You’re doing a great job with Butch!! It will all be fine!!
