  • We should have most of the Health Links & FAQ topics here now. They were carefully reworded, summarized, and sources are cited. This is in an effort to help new folks landing here by giving them some information up front. I know it’s a touchy subject, but we’re seeing 15-20 “new” visitors per day right now, and probably less than 1 creating an account, on average. I did not and don’t plan on touching the dosing method documents.
What I’m thinking about:
  • Improvements to be made to these posts. They are lacking details and images in some cases. If you catch anything that needs to be fixed, please let me know.
  • Any other topics worthy of a sticky or dedicated post?
  • Still thinking about the domain change.

The number of Sticky or Info notes can become overwhelming over time, and occupy too much of the top of a forum listing. On FDMB we tried to limit the number of them for that reason, to no more than 5-7 per page. And in the Health Links forum, we have an Index Page that contained links to the posts and changed those posts to not be Stickies.

Idk how I’d bring that over without copying. I suppose I could just link to it, and we could add our own new ones. “Cat’s name cam” is my submission. Speaking of that, I haven’t seen Jason & Kona here yet…
 
I sent Jason and Kona a PM. Haven't heard back. Not sure if they get notifications of PMs or have that option disabled.

Linking the dictionary is probably best for now. I saved a copy of it just in case.
