Yesterday

Wow, would you believe it, an actual "normal" Lantus cycle from Bell today. Do it again, Bell!

I actually was able to sleep without setting a bunch of alarms last night, which was super nice. I suspected a bounce break, and set one at 5 AM, but Bell wasn't in starvation mode like she gets in the low greens and limes, so I didn't even poke. Super nice!

I had today off and even snuck in a long run after that +2.5 (I pushed it a little harder to get back for the +5). Good day.
