Happy Independence Day to all in the US 🇺🇸🎉
Hope everyone has a happy and very calm day with their kitties 😻
Ivy seems to be having a bouncy morning as she had some greens on her Libre yesterday and took a dip early last night, so I’m guessing she’s just reacting to that 🌊

I’m home today with her so we shall see where she decides she’s going 🌊🏄‍♀️🌊

One of my projects this weekend is to do a little upholstery repair on her pet steps that she is slowly destroying 😭🙈🤯🤦‍♀️

Hard to believe this sweet, yet spicy girl is hell-bent on “redecorating” all of my furniture, piece by piece 😜

Idk if you’ve ever looked, but I’ve been eyeing up some of the handmade cat stairs on Etsy. They’re expensive, but seem higher quality than the foam ones I have.

Hopefully there's not many fireworks where you live but I know they always go overboard in the States. I remeber years ago I was flying and on the 4th I was staying over in Chicago and the fireworks lasted until the middle of the night. It sucked cause I had a morning report the next day and it was hard to sleep.

Queen Ivy looks spectacular on her throne as always. I hope she comes down for you today and visits Nestle on the beach.

Thanks, Kat. So far we are having a quiet day, which is lovely.
My queen is having her normal midmorning nap to be followed by her afternoon nap on the pink chair/throne 💕

That sounds like a bummer of a story of your stay in Chicago over the holiday.

Luckily, we are in a suburb, so it’s relatively quiet, unless we get some idiot neighbors who just want to go out and blow some stuff up 🤯

Usually, I hear more on New Year’s Eve. It seems to go on into the early hours of the morning and a lot of times that actually wakes me up.
Anti-jinx, hoping I’m not jinxing myself for tonight 🤦‍♀️

Looks like she’s having a bounce after yesterday 🙈

Hope the boys are doing well at home and I hope you’re having a quick trip. Travel safely 💕
I hope the traveling public isn’t too crazy over the holiday weekend.

I was flying back from Boston yesterday and it wasn't too crazy. Luckily I'm doing all domestic flights today so hopefully no issues.

Miss Ivy decided that the excitement should come from the inside of the house tonight and not outside. 😳

Hope she settles for you, Staci and you can get some rest while enjoying some girl time on the couch. 💕
