Work is requiring more of me right now, and I'm not able to monitor as frequently as I'd like, and with Jude having these lows in the 50s and 60s I worry, so I'd like to take his dose down a bit.

Maybe put a note in the Remarks column that you need to do a temporary reduction. I had to do that occasionally with Neko, to catch up on sleep.
