Hi, Suzanne and everyone.
For the first time in 2 months I unfortunately did a fur shot this morning and it's a bit of bad luck because he's so high at 457. Also, he is just getting back into the swing of things after a skipped dose 3 days ago. I know I'm not supposed to repeat the injection in case any did go in.
Now would it be alright to test him a couple of times over the afternoon to see if there's any effect showing from any small amount of insulin which might have gone in and according to the tests, maybe bring back his injection to 6 p.m. especially if he's gone up to Hi? Or is this not recommended and just do his shot nearer his usual time of 10 p.m.?
Thank you in advance for any advice, Suzanne, or anyone!
