yes and no. Ive seen a few, there is one I really like and the price isn't as bad as some of the other places, you really get bang for you buck with it...but its in a sketchy part of town.. everything else I've see has be overpriced for something that wont fit all of my belongings. I'm seeing a couple more places next week but I'm not sure I'll find anything betterThank you, how’s apt hunting going, any luck?
shift starts at 330. ends at 830. will be home around 930. His shot time this morning was 930.Are you working today? Is today the day your shift begins at 5 p.m. ?
Do you think you can get a test around +5 then (2:30?)shift starts at 330. ends at 830. will be home around 930. His shot time this morning was 930.
Next test in 15mins. Then it's bedtime for me. His amps will be at 10amIt’s nearly midnight. I hope you had a good day at work. I hope you were able to get a +2 tonight. George is safe. That is good.
Just updated now.Okay. But I can’t see any test on his SS. Talk to you tomorrow!
Yes. Sorry for the late reply and SS update. I slept through my alarm(lucky I was still in the 1/2 hour window for insulin) and then had to get to work right after. He has his auto feeder set up and I'll be home around 7pm.Good morning! Are you Working today?
It’s okay. It’s a process— a marathon and not a sprint. Sometimes when it’s late in the evening and you’re tired and you aren’t sure what to do you aren’t thinking things through as much as you would be during the day or when you are well-rested.That’s why the sad face
It's also learning to trust yourself and you past observations. I did see the day I shot a 1.5 at a lower number than what I had last night but was nervous and didn't trust myself so I lowered it a little. It’s okay. It’s a process— a marathon and not a sprint. Well… not if we want to get him well-regulated. But it depends on your ability to monitor the cycle at certain points. I do think last night he would have been safe with the regular dose. We aren’t talking about being risky here! Talk to you later!I'm of the mindset of being cautious... I feel like a higher number than usual is safer than a too low number. But that might not be the mindset I need
I do think he would do better on 1.5 units, but I would like to see the increase on a day when you will either be home all day or home during the early to mid part of the cycle - so you can test.Spreadsheet is updated. Based on his last few days at 1.25 units I think he might need an increase back to 1.5. @Suzanne and Darcy What do you think?
Yes. It's definitely better than the purples. But he was in blue and green a week ago.For me, don’t quote me, Suzanne knows best but is better then those 300’s,![]()
Our cats enjoy keeping us on our toes! As long as you get to know George’s patterns the better and easier to regulate and you can learn how to navigate low numbers without medium or high carbs, don’t be discouraged, you’re doing great with all you have on your plate, and George knows itYes. It's definitely better than the purples. But he was in blue and green a week ago.
I saw that, it’s hard to keep up, she must be apt hunting, hope George is okWell we don’t have any tests for yesterday or today so we have no idea what George has been up to (or down to.) I hope you are okay, Nisha.
